Planning
Four Pillars can advise on whether your project actually requires Planning Permission or qualifies for permitted development. Once appointed we will arrange to develop your project on CAD in a timely manner and will discuss and present the design with you to ensure this meets your hopes and expectations. Once agreed we will then submit design to Planning Authority and will follow and track this, reporting on updates to ensure you are involved in the process. The process should be transparent in leading to the desired end result with a secured Planning Permission.
Surveying
Four Pillars can carry out a site survey to enable detailed drawings to be produced for both Planning and Building Regulations. We have over 15 years experience in surveying and can help with any potential issues you are having with your builder or consultant.
Four pillars carry out sub-contractor services for Approved Inspectors and carry out detailed photographic surveys with clear actions so clients are well informed of progress or requirements that need to be adhered to. We have an in depth understanding of the Building Regulations and can offer advice to overcome potential issues.
Building Regulations
Four Pillars will develop detailed drawings and will consider not just the design elements but actually the practicalities of building the projects. With superior experience in construction four pillars provide detailed specification and construction drawings to allow the builder to accurately price the project and also an understanding of how to build the project. We will secure a Building Regulations Plan Approval to limit risk once the project reaches the construction phase. We can also assist during the project with any questions which may arise.
Consultancy
Four Pillars can provide a consultancy service to assist you with projects. This may be assisting with an an expert witness on issues you are having with you builder. This could be issues you are having with your Building Control provider.
We can create comparative fire strategies on commercial projects to ensure your projects sail through the Building Control process and the fire consultation stage. We can receive your architectural CAD drawings or can produce these which will then form part of your Regulatory Reform Order 2005 package.
